Important Notice

Ownership values may increase or decrease depending on market conditions and development progress. Purchasers are acquiring documented land ownership interests and not shares in the developer.

Contract of Sale

Each purchase is governed by the Contract of Sale, executed between the purchaser and the developer, Ollic. The contract identifies the square meters acquired within Growth District Uyo (located at Golden Palace Residences, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria), the unit price, the total consideration, and the purchaser's rights within the registry. Future Growth District locations (Abuja, Lagos, and other Ollic estates) will be governed by separate location-specific Contracts of Sale upon launch.

Terms of Ownership

Ownership confers a documented square-meter interest within Growth District Uyo, set within Golden Palace Residences, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Ownership is recorded in the Ollic Ownership Registry and may be transferred in accordance with the Transfer Policy. Each Growth District location operates as its own designated district; square meters are tied to the specific location at which they were purchased.

Privacy Policy

We collect only information necessary to verify identity, maintain the registry, and notify owners of relevant updates. Personal data is never sold and is processed in compliance with applicable law.

Transfer Policy

Owners may list square meters within Growth District Uyo for transfer through the marketplace. The developer maintains the registry of record and processes transfers in accordance with platform rules and applicable law. Transfers are scoped to the originating Growth District location.

Ownership Registry Policy

The Ollic Ownership Registry is the definitive record of square-meter holdings across all Growth District locations. Each confirmed purchase is assigned a unique certificate number tagged to its location (e.g. Growth District Uyo), verifiable by QR code or on the public verification page.
